Once we have provided you with a quote and confirmed our availability for your preferred date, we require a 50% deposit to secure your booking (or first two-hours for hourly-hire bookings). This deposit is non-refundable but we can transfer the deposit to another date (subject to availability) if you give us at least 10 days notice.
If you are moving home and not yet exchanged contracts, we strongly advise not submitting a deposit at this stage. Also, please carefully read through the relevant terms of business above in order to avoid any misunderstandings about what is and isn't included in our quote. To confirm your booking and pay your deposit, you can either download our BOOKING FORM and send it with a cheque, payable to The Shifters (London) Ltd, with your invoice number on the back to:

ONCE YOU RECEIVE AN INVOICE, THE DEPOSIT MUST BE PAID WITHIN 72 HOURS TO ENSURE YOUR BOOKING IS SECURED FOR YOUR PREFERRED DATE.
The balance of your payment should be paid by cheque or cash only to our crew on completion of your job. By submitting a deposit with a credit or debit card, you are agreeing to our terms of business.
